Such great stay, as always. Spotless, hip new hotel with cooperative and incredibly nice staff. The most important - marvellous location near the railstation. And just off bus station and railway and bus. Warm and spacious room, with a clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds for a good sleep.

Great value for money, cozy and rustic room with lovely original tiles. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street. The bed was comfortable and sturdy. If you're a fan of traditional Venice/Mestre, I highly recommend this B&B.

The hotel is really close to Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers like us. It was just a short walk from the train, which was perfect after a long journey. We also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, especially the big bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The unlimited hot water in the private bathroom was a nice touch as well. Lastly, having breakfast included was a great bonus, allowing us to start our day off right without having to search for a cafe in the morning.

What a fabulous New Year stay! the location was perfect with easy access to transport links and surrounded by bustling bars and restaurants. the breakfast spread was plentiful and varied each day. the rooms were cozy and warm with a lovely, rustic feel and had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with local tips and suggestions.
